Michigan Sharkettes

The Sharkettes are a synchronized swimming club team with members ages 6-19, based in southeast Michigan and attracting swimmers of all levels from Metro-Detroit

Currently we primarily practice year-round from fall through spring/summer at the Livonia Community Recreation Center in Livonia, MI.

The Sharkettes club was formed in 2003 by Head Coach Erin O’Brien and former Age Group Coach Olga Kouznetsova (now with the Walnut Creek Aquanuts) after a few of the local high school synchronized swimmers inquired about synchronized swimming in the post-season.

The club was born.

The club started out with approximately 10 girls and made it to Age Group National Competition during our second season.  We have represented the State of Michigan both nationally and internationally since 2003!  Currently, our competitive team boasts membership of approximately 25 swimmers of all levels and ages.

Michigan Sharkettes is a 501(C)(3) organization.

Any donations to the club are tax deductible to the extent provided by law.
